Richard Zampella - producer
A native of northwest New Jersey, Richard Zampella is the CEO of MODA Entertainment and oversees all of MODA's subsidiaries.
Past works include joint marketing agreements with The Museum of Modern Art, NYU Film School, and Starwood Hotel Corporation. At The Plaza Hotel, Richard created Plaza Black Tie Events that included programs such as; Voices That Make a Difference, Alfred Hitchcock’s 100th Birthday and the 50th Anniversary of the filming of North by Northwest at the Plaza. Richard has held positions as Food & Beverage Director at The Essex House Hotel and management of the Oak Room, Oak Bar and the Palm Court at the Plaza Hotel for Fairmont Hotels.
While on active duty with The United States Army, Richard was stationed at the United States Intelligence Center and School at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, and spent 10 years as an intelligence analyst with HQ Company, of The 50th Armored Division in Fort Dix, NJ.
Richard attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and currently resides in New York City.
John Mulholland - writer/director
John Mulholland is a Senior Vice President of MODA Entertainment. He wrote and directed Cooper & Hemingway: The True Gen, a documentary exploring the friendship of two-time Academy Award-winning actor Gary Cooper and Nobel Prize-winning author Ernest Hemmingway. Mulholland also wrote and directed both: Inside High Noon, on the behind-the-scenes controversy during the filming of High Noon; and Of God & Country: Sergeant York.
Among his other documentaries: On MacBeth, Eastern European Composers, Charles Dickens and ‘A Christmas Carol’, Liza Minnelli on Meet Me in St. Louis, Reflections on Gaslight, and As Time Goes By: The Children Remember on Casablanca. Mulholland has written for both newspapers and magazines.
